Chick-fil-A Kamokila in Kapolei is seeking Back of House Closers to join our team. You will close and support kitchen operations, ensuring high standards and fast, safe service.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older due to government child labor laws.
• Available to work until 11:00 pm Monday–Saturday.
• Able to lift and carry 20–50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Reliable transportation to Kapolei.
• Flexible schedule is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report issues to Leadership.
• Complete closing tasks as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member-Closer Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete closing tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task independently and within a team
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have reliable transportation to Kapolei
• Have the ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Due to government child labor laws and restrictions on job duties, BOH Team Members must be 16 years of age or older
• **Availability to work until 11:00pm Monday - Saturday
