Job summary

Chick-fil-A Northtown is urgently seeking Back of House Team Members for 5pm-11pm shifts on days we are open. As a Kitchen closer, you’ll prepare and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, stock and maintain a clean kitchen, and assist during opening/closing tasks in a team environment.

This position offers a supportive operator-led environment, flexible scheduling, scholarship opportunities, free employee meals, and competitive pay, with Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
