Chick-fil-A Kamokila in Kapolei is hiring a Back-of-House Team Member for the opener/morning shift. This role focuses on preparing cravable food in a clean, safe environment and delivering a remarkable dining experience for every guest.

The team member will stock stations, learn all kitchen tasks, and support leadership as needed. Benefits include free college tuition, Sundays off, a free meal per shift, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food safely, quickly and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment.
• Maintain knowledge through in-house training and changes.
• Complete opening/closing tasks as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned

This role is for a Back-of-House Team Member - Opener/Morning Shift and must be available from 5:45am - 2:00pm.

Back of House Team Member - Prep Responsibilities:

• Prepare food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including prep, fries, breading, assembling, and boards, as needed
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

• Have the ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs on a regular basis

• Due to government child labor laws and restrictions on job duties, BOH Team Members must be 16 years of age or older
