Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member for a part-time role. You will prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely while supporting kitchen operations and upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

You'll work with kitchen stations, stock inventory, and maintain a clean, efficient environment. The position emphasizes teamwork, leadership development, and growth within a locally owned restaurant network.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory and work in walk-in areas.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly; wash dishes and clean floors and equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Complete all closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed, including working in walk-in refrigerated areas
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times. Includes washing dishes, cleaning floors, workstations and equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
