Chick-fil-A Beaverton is seeking Back of House Team Members for evening shifts. No prior kitchen experience is required—training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As a Beaverton team member, you will assist with cooking and food prep, support multiple stations, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture while pursuing growth opportunities and scholarships.

Qualifications

• No restaurant or kitchen experience required, we provide training.
• Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work evenings and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Position Details

Evening Position

Full-Time:$18.00-18.50/hour

Part-Time:$17.00-17.50/hour

What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and package food according to Chick-fil-A's quality and food safety standards.
• Learn and work multiple kitchen stations, including breading, fries, primary, secondary, food preparation, and assembly.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy meal periods.
• Stock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe at all times.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and report maintenance concerns to leadership.
• Complete opening or closing responsibilities as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Follow Chick-fil-A appearance, safety, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, food service, warehouse, retail, or manufacturing environment is helpful, butnot required. We welcome applicants who are ready to learn and work hard.
