Chick-fil-A Iowa & 27th is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support our independent Operator and deliver signature Chick-fil-A service. You will prepare, assemble, and present food safely, learning kitchen stations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards to deliver signature service.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area clean.
• Learn and adapt to new products and procedures.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and comply with dress code.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A's high standards
• Passionately pursue our mission to always serving Perfect Product
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
