Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members to support the kitchen operations and deliver a great dining experience. Join an independent Owner/Operator and contribute to efficient food preparation, safety, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work a flexible schedule across full-time or part-time roles, learn from experienced leaders, and have opportunities for growth and development within the Chick-fil-A brand.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
