Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support daily kitchen operations and deliver signature Chick-fil-A service. Roles include prep, cooking, assembly, and maintaining food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Team Members enjoy a friendly, team-oriented setting with opportunities for growth, on-site training, and flexible scheduling. The position also emphasizes Sundays off and development with experienced Operators.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the area clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety rules, report maintenance needs, and complete openings/closings.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and company policies.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
