McAlister’s Deli in Jackson, TN is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently, keeping prep areas clean and stocked while following food safety standards.

Training is provided and restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We value reliability, positivity, and a team-oriented attitude in a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.
