Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Grimes, IA (Southern Rock Restaurants franchise) is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment.

You will read orders, prepare ingredients to recipes, keep areas clean, and uphold safety standards. Training is provided; restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift during shift.
• Able to read recipes and follow portion standards.
• Willing to learn sanitation and safety standards.
