McAlister’s Deli in Union, Kentucky is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards, read orders, and ensure accurate, efficient prep.

You’ll keep prep areas, equipment, and stations clean and stocked, follow safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
