McAlister’s Deli is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to work in a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants. You will prepare ingredients and menu items following recipes and portion standards, read orders, and keep the kitchen clean and stocked.

Teamwork and reliability are essential as you maintain food safety and quality while the kitchen runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for those new to the restaurant industry.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, team-oriented candidate.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Restaurant experience is helpful but training is provided.
