Job summary

Chick-fil-A LakePoint is seeking a Team Member who embodies the Heart of Chick-fil-A. You will help serve Guests with exceptional service and food, while growing through our values of Hospitality, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

As part of a dynamic outdoor environment, you will be involved in Front of House and Back of House tasks, ensuring safe, accurate, and consistent service. We offer flexible scheduling, Sunday closures, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age upon hire date.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work in a noisy, hot outdoor environment.
• Must follow health and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Guests and taking orders with care.
• Preparing high‑quality food accurately while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring safe, consistent service in BOH and FOH.
• Supporting the team and contributing to a positive, guest-focused experience.
• Adhering to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Back of House (BOH):

As a BOH Team Member, you will be like the behind-the-scenes director. You will not be known to the Guest by your face, but by how you make their food with care. Responsibilities include supporting the team, making our high-quality food accurately, and guaranteeing Chick-fil-A standards are upheld. You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.

Front of House (FOH):

As a FOH Team Member, you will be on the front lines; ensuring satisfaction, care, cleanliness, and a remarkable experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming our Guests, being a caring order taker, accurately preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and guaranteeing each Guest knows that Chick-fil-A LakePoint cares! You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.
