Job summary

Chick-fil-A Audubon is seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to join our South Jersey team. This role focuses on building teams, coaching a 10-20 person crew, and upholding a culture of excellence in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment.

You'll train, motivate, and empower teammates, ensure food safety, manage shift operations, and deliver five-star guest service while driving continuous improvement and operational success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate’s degree preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills required.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10-20+ person team by inspiring, coaching, and holding to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Manage shift operations and ensure five-star service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Provide hands-on training to develop team members’ leadership and guest-service abilities.
• Collaborate with leadership to close operational gaps and drive improvements.
• Keep food safety as a top priority and document issues and trends.

• Works with Leadership to execute improvements to close operational gaps.
• Demonstrates a passion for knowledge and has a constant learner mindset.
• Follows all processes without taking shortcuts.
• Can effectively communicate shift and business needs, identify gaps and offer feedback to help other's grow.
• Can demonstrate impact during shift operations and problem solve when working with others.
• “Hands-on” training in all shift operations of the restaurant to increase knowledge and gain experience on how to effectively run a multi-million dollar business
• Providing the highest quality customer service to all guests
• Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant
• Leading a team of 10-20+ by inspiring & motivating, coaching mindset, and holding others accountable to our standards
• Maximizing productivity while maintaining 5 star service, quality and cleanliness
• Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety
• Food Safety Certification and training
• Ensure proper recording of food waste and track trends to inform of appropriate action.
• Knowledgeable and can submit QIC for food credits
