Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house/receiving operations. You will supervise the team, coordinate deliveries, and ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and an ability to manage schedules, safety, and merchandise protection while promoting teamwork and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to direct and motivate a team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead back of house operations including receiving deliveries and stocking.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines across the team.
• Coach and recognize associates; recruit and onboard new staff as needed.
• Coordinate workload planning and weekly meetings with store leadership.
