Job summary

Burlington Stores in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area and work closely with Store Management. This role trains and directs associates, ensures timely merchandise flow, and upholds safety and asset protection standards.

You’ll manage workload, participate in planning meetings, recruit and onboard new team members, and model Burlington’s core values while delivering strong store results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process and flow goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines.
• Direct associates, monitor workload and productivity.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
