Responsabilités

• Customer Experience: prioritizes product flow and replenishment, processes order queues, maintains packaging standards, supports timely product placement, keeps floor and back of house organized, uses store tech for omni-channel experience.
• Business Ownership: leads product flow process (receiving, processing, tagging, floor placement), maintains back-of-house standards, upholds safety and inventory accuracy, supports omni processes and transfer of online products to the warehouse.
• Communication + Relationships: communicates with leadership, escalates issues, collaborates on progress, maintains omni-channel standards and service levels.
