URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Back of House Specialist at a location in Indianapolis to optimize product flow and omni-channel processes. You will manage order queues, replenishment, and packaging standards while ensuring visual merchandising and efficient back-of-house operations.

This role emphasizes proactive communication with leadership, adherence to safety standards, and supporting timely product placement and the omni-channel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store product flow and omni channel demand (including mornings, nights, and weekends).
• Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Prioritize product flow and replenishment; process queues to prevent backlog and expedite orders; maintain packaging to exceed customer expectations; support timely product placement and visual priorities; keep sales floor and back of house clean and organized.
• Business Ownership: Lead product flow processes; manage receiving, processing, security tagging, and stocking; uphold safety and store policies; maintain omni process to meet fill rates; manage supply areas and transfers to warehouse.
• Communication + Relationships: Daily liaison with leadership on Omni, shipment, restock and back of house; escalate issues; collaborate with store leadership; maintain omni-channel standards and SLAs.
