Costa Vida in Utah is seeking Back of House Team Members to support multiple kitchen roles, including Runner, Flat Top, Char Grill, Dishwashing, Tortilla, Cold Prep and more. You’ll help prep, assemble, and serve meals while maintaining Costa Vida standards.

This role requires food safety awareness, ability to follow recipes, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; opportunities to learn several positions within a shift.

Qualifikationen

• Food Handler permit required.
• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in bulk/high-volume kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Ability to weigh and measure food accurately.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a busy kitchen.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Aufgaben

• Ensure assigned shift position meets business standards to serve guests.
• Greet guests and put guest first in every interaction.
• Support with safe food preparation per Costa Vida standards.
• Follow menu builds and recipes for consistency.
• Maintain workstation cleaning and sanitizing.
• Possibly input data into a food safety checklist system.
• Assist in packaging and delivering catering orders.
• Work across multiple roles as needed during shifts.
• Learn a variety of roles and contribute to different positions per shift.
• Assist with receiving and organizing food deliveries.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
