Responsibilities

• Ensure shift position meets standards to serve any menu item.
• Greet guests and prioritize guest needs.
• Serve with a smile and eye contact.
• Prepare food safely according to Costa Vida standards.
• Follow menu builds and recipes.
• Keep workstation clean and sanitized.
• May input data into a food safety checklist system.
• Assist with packaging and delivering catering orders.
• Support multiple positions as assigned during a shift.
• Learn and perform various kitchen roles as needed.
• Assist with receiving and organizing food deliveries.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely orders.
