Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Murrieta, CA is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. As a Kitchen Crew, you will support back-of-house operations and help deliver high-quality food to guests in a fast-casual setting. This is an hourly position offering $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include food preparation, stocking, maintaining cleanliness, following health codes, and accurately preparing orders. Part-time or full-time opportunities available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state/local health department (or equivalent).
• Basic math skills required for counts, portions, and transactions.
• Basic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation required to arrive on time for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation and stocking of inventory; ensure food quality and proper portions.
• Prepare multiple orders at the cookline and ensure accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store through daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance; perform other duties as assigned.
