Culver's in Ozark, MO is hiring True Blue Back of House/Kitchen Crew Members. We offer full-time and part-time day or evening shifts and hire kitchen team members starting at 16 years old.

You’ll help move quickly in a fast-paced BOH, preparing ButterBurgers and guest favorites with attention to detail. We provide on-the-job training, uniforms, meal discounts, career opportunities, and eligible PTO/insurance benefits.

We are currently looking for True Blue Back of House / Kitchen Crew Members!

We have full and part-time positions available - day and/or evening shifts.

We hire kitchen team members beginning at 16 years old.

If delighting is in your DNA, you’ll be a natural at this position. Our back-of-house (BOH) crew members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment, working together as a team to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites.
