Job summary

Chick-fil-A East Dothan is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join a fast, friendly kitchen that focuses on people. You’ll work with caring Operators in a smoke-free environment, preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards while learning our procedures and safety rules.

We offer flexible scheduling, 8- and 10-hour shifts, weekends and holidays, plus paid training, scholarship opportunities, and benefits.

• Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented team members
• Cheerful, customer service-focused individuals with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well independently and in a team
• Flexible availability for 8- and 10-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and stand for extended periods

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and inventory
