Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly.
• Unload and stock deliveries on Mon/Wed/Fri 8:00–9:00 AM.
• Clean filters and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Prepare Catering Orders as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Chick-fil-A dress code.
• Support leadership and other duties as assigned.

Position Type

• Must be available as early as 8:00 AM until at least 2:00 PM or later Monday - Saturday

Opening Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Put up truck deliveries every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
• Clean filters on henny penny fryers daily
• Stock and check on inventory daily
• Filet and prepare chicken to be cooked at the raw chicken station daily while breading chicken for restaurant orders
• Prepare Catering Orders as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
