Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare division is hiring a Lead Pharmacy Technician for the Back End department to supervise medication prep for dispensing by the pharmacist team. You will oversee Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, Automated Dispensing, Inventory, and Delivery operations while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a long-term care setting.

• Oversee Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, Automated Dispensing, Purchasing, Inventory, Returns/Credits, and Delivery operations.
• Provide regular feedback on technician performance and assist in training and education programs to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
