Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law
• 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the back-end pharmacy technician team in preparation of medications for dispensing
• Oversee order fulfillment including packaging, dispensing, reviewing delivery orders and stock rotations
• Provide coaching and feedback on technician performance and training plans
• Assist in orientation, training, and education programs for controlled substances in compliance with laws
