Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is hiring for a Back-End Pharmacy Technician who will work in a closed‑door pharmacy setting focusing on order fulfillment, packaging, and dispensing of medications. The role includes ensuring regulatory standards are met and coordinating stock rotations.

We seek a certified or licensed pharmacy technician with at least 1 year of experience, preferably with LTC or retail/medical backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Packaging, staging, returns, receiving, narcotics, IV, compounding, and machine packaging.
• Receiving product deliveries, pulling and staging product for distribution, rotating stock, coordinating with drivers for timely deliveries.
• Performing physical inventories of medication.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or state license
