Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and own optical processing equipment.
• Identify and elevate unsafe conditions and quality concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Record time and attendance accurately.
• Assist with training new and existing employees.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering and Manufacturing Management to improve efficiency.
