We're looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with a strong background in Java, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development
• 5+ years of experience with Apache Kafka and Redis
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, ECS/EKS, RDS)
• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, and Asynchronous Messaging
• Experience building high-performance, scalable backend applications
• Knowledge of legacy C++ code analysis using AI-assisted development tools
• Experience integrating legacy applications with modern Java Microservices
• Strong knowledge of Multithreading, Concurrency, and Performance Optimization
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD experience
• Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL database experience
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
