Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required.
• 3 months of work experience in human services.
• CADC certification or willingness to become certified within 90 days.
• CPI certification within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans using standard criteria and discuss recommendations in team conferences.
• Identify co-existing conditions and coordinate services within the hospital or through referrals.
• Individualize therapy based on culture, gender, and lifestyle, and complete histories.
• Facilitate group and didactic sessions, and conduct educational lectures on recovery.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation in compliance with policies.
