Hillside Community Church Inc in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Babysitting Team Member to support the Kids Ministry on Sundays and during selected office hours. This seasonal, part-time role involves supervising children, following safety procedures, and executing lesson plans under the Childcare Coordinator.

CPR/AED certification is preferred or obtainable after hire. Hours include Sundays 4:30pm-7:30pm and additional shifts Tue/Wed/Thu; fall session runs Sept 9 through Nov 12.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience working with children.
• 1–3 years of babysitting experience.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire; training available through Hillside)

Responsibilities

• Execute lesson plans provided by the Childcare Coordinator.
• Supervise and actively engage with children at all times.
• Arrive promptly and prepared for each scheduled shift.
• Know and follow all Kids Ministry safety procedures.
• Complete assigned Kids Ministry trainings.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for each room
