Brookwood Church seeks a caring Childcare Team Member to provide a safe, Christ-centered environment for children during church activities. You will supervise, guide, and support children and their families, ensuring a welcoming space where kids feel valued and loved.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized classroom, assisting with homework, and communicating with parents and supervisors. This role requires at least 16 years old, reliability, and willingness to embody Brookwood

• Build positive relationships with children and families by warmly welcoming them at drop-off and pickup.
• Redirect challenging behavior with the Childcare Supervisor's guidance.
• Maintain supervision to ensure safety and well-being of children.
• Assist children with homework when needed.
• Keep the classroom clean and organized after each shift.
• Document accidents and communicate incidents with supervisors and parents.
• Model a positive Christian example through words and actions.

Job Title: Brookwood Childcare Team MemberAbout This RoleThe Brookwood Childcare Team Member provides a loving, Christ-centered, safe, and engaging environment for children while parents participate in church activities and events.
