Job summary

Crosslinechurch in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a part-time, seasonal Weekday Childcare Teacher for the Women’s Ministry. The role runs Tuesdays and/or Thursdays mornings, with $16.50/hour compensation and opportunities for additional hours.

You will provide a safe, nurturing environment, share Christ's love, engage children in activities, manage the classroom, and communicate professionally with parents while maintaining a clean, organized space.

Qualifications

• A Christian who loves Jesus and desires to serve Him at all times.
• Have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, able to relate well with children.
• Clear Live Scan and Criminal Background.
• Willing to complete Mandated Reporting Training.
• Be mentally and physically capable of caring for a group of children.

Responsibilities

• Teach provided bible lesson and assist children with craft
• Supervise snack and playground time
• Assist children with restroom use, hand washing, diaper changing

• Be punctual and have minimal absences
