Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in New Jersey is seeking loving babysitters to provide engaging care for children in private homes across our service areas. You’ll follow client instructions, maintain a safe environment, and support families with flexible, reliable care.

Ideal candidates have childcare experience, a valid driver's license, legal work eligibility in the U.S., and First Aid/CPR certification. You’ll work with a supportive agency team and enjoy opportunities to develop professional skills and

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with a childcare agency (highly preferred)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children
• First Aid and CPR certification
