The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a part-time FOCUS Babysitter/Childcare Attendant to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children while families participate in parish activities.
You will supervise children, lead age-appropriate activities, and uphold Safe Environment policies, partnering with parents and parish staff to support families in their Catholic faith.

The FOCUS Babysitter/Childcare Attendant provides a safe, welcoming, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for children while their parents or guardians participate in FOCUS Bible studies, faith formation, and related parish activities.
The Childcare Attendant is responsible for the active supervision and care of children, providing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, and supporting the parish’s mission of creating opportunities for families to grow in their Catholic faith. The Childcare Attendant serves as a positive and caring representative of the parish and is expected to model patience, kindness, respect, and professionalism at all times.
