Qualifications

• Candidate should demonstrate strong customer service and engagement skills.
• Experience in a retail/sales environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product knowledge, styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel customer needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process point-of-sale/register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment duties as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit options.
• Help minimize store loss through attentive service and a clean, safe store.
