Job summary

West Virginia University Tech in Beckley seeks a Regent's Bachelor of Arts Program Coordinator to oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of the Regent’s BA program. You will lead administration, curriculum alignment, and partnership development on the Beckley campus.

You will recruit and support adult learners, coordinate prior learning assessment, and help design stackable credentials to advance degree completion across WVU campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of directly related experience; higher ed experience preferred.
• Equivalent blend of experience and training will be considered.
• All qualifications must be met by employment start.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for administration, development, delivery, and improvement of the Regent’s B.A. program on Beckley campus.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain adult learners.
• Oversee development of RBA Areas of Emphasis and ensure state/institution alignment.
• Coordinate prior learning assessment and portfolio-based credit processes.
• Lead development of microcredentials aligned with workforce needs.
• Create stackable credential and degree pathways to support degree completion.
• Collaborate with employers and community partners; maintain external partnerships.
• Coordinate curriculum, advising, student services, and related initiatives.
• Assist program directors with faculty recruitment for RBA delivery.
• Monitor program budget and financial expenditures.
