Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree with related experience in admissions, marketing, or higher education.
• Experience in recruiting, advising, or admissions within higher education is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement undergraduate recruitment strategies for all Statler programs.
• Collaborate with Admissions and academic units to optimize yield from freshmen and transfers.
• Coordinate on-campus events, visits, and recruitment communications with CRM data.
• Monitor enrollment trends and assess recruitment initiatives for effectiveness.
