The BA/BS Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to support their mental health and well-being. The role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to coordinate care and provide holistic support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications: Required Education
