Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The FACT Peer Counselor is responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals facing mental health challenges. The role involves leveraging personal experiences to foster trust and empathy, facilitating recovery, and promoting well-being among clients. The counselor will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and counseling to clients, utilizing personal experiences to build rapport and trust.

Required Education
