The B4A Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for the following initiatives:

- Manage the event planning process
- Provide organization to processes and documentation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The B4A Office Manager is responsible for the following duties:
- Assist B4A Staff with administrative/operational roles, including:
- Maintain staff on target with deadlines
- Onboard new staff team members
- Ensure all necessary information is gathered prior to meetings
- Keep events and communication on time for: Email campaigns, Social media
- Respond to incoming messages on our media platforms and B4A email inbox
- Manage the event planning process for events hosted by Beauty for Ashes, including:
- Facilitator Training, Conferences, Ambassador retreats, and End of Year Celebration
- Serve as the point person for event set up, supplies, and implementation
- Ensure the execution of event follow up, surveys, and debriefing for quality control
- Create processes for content creation and events, including:
- Ministry handbooks, journals
- Ambassador retreats, Pathways, Facilitator Training, Mission trips, Conference, The Gathering
- Provide organization to processes and documentation, including:
- Maintain database, B4A alumni map, drive, and gather/ organize data
- Create & manage evaluations
- Prepare & keep inventory of resources/ supplies
- Be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit in conversations with each team members, donors, or alumni
- Develop a team of ministry partners to complete the fundraising goal, including ministering to partners through prayer and teaching biblical truths
Requirements
- Professing Christian with established record of high Christian character, integrity, servant leadership, maturity, and a positive attitude
- Strong Christian moral principles, trustworthy, honest, fair, and display the Fruit of the Spirit in both word and action
- Servant leadership, leading as Christ did with humility, considering their needs above your own and making it your priority to improve those you serve
- Maturity, strong spiritually, responding appropriately with respect to the time and place of every situation
- Positive attitude, always willing to do your best with what is asked of you
- Understand and embrace the core values, culture, and ministry of Adventures in Missions
