Job summary

Taylor's Higher Education invites an Education Counsellor - Business Development (B2C) to join the Central team. You will drive the sales pipeline from lead to enrolment by guiding prospective students and parents with admissions information, tuition, scholarships and housing options.

You will collaborate with the BD team to meet regional sales targets, coordinate events such as education fairs, and support marketing initiatives to attract applicants.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Management/Marketing or related discipline.
• At least two years of working experience in education environment is preferred.
• Business development and account management experience in the education environment is preferred.
• Experience in regional sales execution would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrolment by managing national and regional sales targets and advising prospective students and parents on admissions, tuition, scholarships and accommodation.
• Lead in-person and online outreach through education fairs, Open Days and events to attract potential students.
• Support market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and materials.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely responses to enrolment-related requests from prospective students and parents.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other departments to plan and implement sales and marketing plans.
• Assist in producing reporting for Director/Head of B2C and manage stock of promotional materials.
