JH Cellular, operating as Wireless Zone, seeks a driven Business Account Manager to grow the small-to-medium business segment. The role blends inside sales, outside sales, and retail support to deliver Verizon wireless and business solutions.

You will split time between Verizon stores, remote work, on-site client visits, and door-to-door prospecting. Ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with both in-person and remote selling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience (wireless, telecom, B2B, or technology sales strongly preferred).
• Comfortable with both inside and outside sales (retail floor + field work).
• Self-motivated with hunter mentality and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for outside sales and store travel).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed for events.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Sales – Sell Verizon wireless products and services to SMBs, including devices, Internet, phone solutions, plans and fleet management.
• Hybrid Sales Approach – Inside sales from retail locations, outside sales via door-to-door visits, on-site client meetings, and remote selling.
• Retail Location Support – Identify opportunities from walk-ins, train retail reps on business solutions, assist with follow-up and quoting.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation – Door-to-door canvassing, networking events, trade shows, cold calling, emails, CRM leads.
• Client Relationship Management – Build long-term relationships and upsell opportunities.
• Training & Development – Train retail reps on Verizon business products, pricing, and sales strategies.
• Meet & Exceed Targets – Meet monthly/quarterly quotas for activations, revenue, and new accounts.
• Documentation & CRM – Track sales activity and pipeline in CRM.
