Qualifications

• This is a base salary uncapped commission position with $100,000 earning potential!
• 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required.
• 1–2 years of wireless sales experience preferred.
• Previous commission-based sales experience strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in sales, prospecting, project management, leadership, and training.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each task.
• Must be able to execute the Sales Process fully to ensure it is being used with customers consistently.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a reputation for exceeding expectations without constant oversight

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Process: review your pipeline in Salesforce, schedule appointments, and prepare proposals tailored to business clients.
• Build Relationships: meet with decision-makers, establish trust, and present wireless and wired solutions to help their businesses grow.
• Drive Results: execute sales activities—prospecting, presenting, and closing deals—toward ambitious monthly goals.
• Stay Sharp & Ahead: participate in training and stay up to date on promotions, products, and sales strategies.
• Collaborate & Connect: join weekly/monthly meetings to review funnel and strategize with leader and teammates.
• Engage in the Community: attend chamber events, networking opportunities, and represent BeMobile in the marketplace.
• Deliver Excellence: keep accurate Salesforce records, manage inventory, and reflect professionalism in every interaction.
• Thrive & Grow: daily opportunities to expand client base with support from a growth-driven team.
