Job summary

Tier One Partners is a Boston-based PR agency seeking an Account Director with deep B2B tech PR experience. The role leads client strategies, teams, and programs to deliver stellar results in tech, AI, cloud, data, and analytics sectors.

The successful candidate will oversee annual plans, client relationships, and measurement-driven outcomes, while guiding staff and budgets. Hybrid work policy includes two days weekly at our Boston office.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in PR and earned media, preferably in a technology PR agency.
Proven ability to manage teams, develop strategy for B2B technology brands, and drive results.

Responsibilities

Develop annual and project plans that support client marketing and business objectives.
Maintain trusted client relationships and lead day-to-day on multiple accounts.
Lead media relations strategies for proactive and reactive opportunities across print, digital, and broadcast.
Develop clear written materials including plans, press releases, and contributed content.
Manage accounts including hours, budgets and expenses; motivate staff to drive activity.
Track measurement goals and account results using core program metrics.
