Job summary

Noom is seeking a Solutions Architect to bridge Noom's B2B Engineering and Commercial teams, shaping how partners connect with our platform. You will translate partner goals into sound architecture and guide integrations within Noom's system.

Based in Princeton with a hybrid schedule (2 days on-site per week), you’ll own RFP and security reviews, lead technical discussions, and ensure alignment across engineering, security, and product teams while supporting AI review processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar partner-facing IC with architectural ownership.
• Ability to design solutions that fit an existing platform, not greenfield only.
• Comfort presenting technical, security, and AI topics to mixed audiences.
• Ownership of RFPs, security questionnaires, AI reviews, or equivalent diligence.
• Hands-on integration experience (APIs, data exchange, SSO/auth) with prototyping ability.
• Strong written communication for architecture notes and partner materials.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Join partner commercial and technical discussions, capture architectural implications, and map them onto existing Noom systems, interfaces, and patterns.
• Own the technical shape of partner solutions: APIs, data exchange, SSO/auth, security/AI review constraints, and integration sequencing.
• Represent Noom technology in partner meetings to keep commercial and eng aligned.
• Own partner RFP and AI/security review responses, coordinating with internal teams.
• Act as the technical lead for the partner workstream during integration periods.
