Job summary

Marcel Digital is seeking an SEO Manager who will drive qualified leads and revenue for B2B clients through organic search. You’ll own strategic and technical SEO, align campaigns with client goals, and collaborate with paid media, analytics, and development teams to deliver revenue-driving solutions.

Reporting to the Director of SEO, you’ll balance hands-on execution with leadership, prioritize initiatives by business impact, and mentor junior teammates while advancing scalable, future‑proof

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of SEO experience in a B2B or agency setting is typical.
• Proven ability to connect SEO metrics to lead generation and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page factors.
