Job summary

Devine Business Group is seeking a driven Junior Sales Representative to prospect local businesses with supplemental insurance offerings. You’ll work in a performance-based environment, build relationships, and represent our products with integrity. Training and mentorship are provided to help you grow.

The role is full-time, independent contractor, with weekly base draw pay and uncapped commissions, plus ongoing development opportunities in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional experience (post high school)
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital tools
