The role features a weekly base draw with uncapped commission, regular bonuses, in-field and classroom training, licensing support, and a collaborative culture. Expect a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, in-person client visits within your area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional work experience, some sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Directly sell supplemental insurance benefits to businesses in the area.
• Build and maintain relationships with local companies and decision makers.
• Work as a full-time independent contractor with a flexible schedule.
