Devine Business Group is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to operate as an independent contractor. You will offer supplemental insurance benefits directly to businesses in your area, meeting new clients daily and building lasting relationships.

This role features a weekly base draw with uncapped commissions and regular bonuses, plus in-field and classroom training. Licensing support is provided with full fee reimbursement, and you will join a collaborative team using a built-in CRM

• 4+ years of professional work experience; some sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
